Louise Rabbone Workplace Psychologist
Workplace mediation, conflict resolution and proactive wellbeing interventions address issues that can severely impact an organisation’s ability to function effectively.
Louise has over 30 years’ experience in workplace psychology, and holds a BA(Hons) in psychology and a masters degree in organisational psychology. She works with individuals, leaders and teams to realign goals, resolve conflicts and improve wellbeing and performance.
Louise specialises in workplace and organisational conflict resolution and always takes a trauma-informed approach when managing the mediation process.
She has extensive experience with complex mediations involving multiple parties and highly sensitive matters across all industry sectors.

Recent changes in the states’ OHS and the new national Respect at Work (sexual harassment) legislation means that now more than ever organisations are responsible for the mental health of their workforce and managing psychosocial risks at work.
Louise supports leaders and HR in developing the required skillsets and implementing appropriate measures to mitigate risk.

Louise offers psychological counselling services to both individuals and organisations. By providing the appropriate therapeutic support and tools she equips clients to create lasting change.
Mental Health Workshops & Webinars
Developing groups or individuals through short course workshops, Louise trains participants in a variety of skills to support individual and organisational wellbeing.
These workshops also educate leaders on how to identify and manage mental health issues proactively.
